Greg Hammond joins Sean and Nathan on the Cult of Recreationalism #podcast! Greg works for Concept 2 which, if you're in the fitness space, you're very familiar with. They're know for the RowErgs, SkiErgs, and of course their BikeErgs. They talk about how he got started with the company , his love for endurance sports, weightlifting, action sports, you name it! They discuss rowing as an exercise and some of the methods it's been utilized by different groups such as @crossfit and other functional fitness activities.
